The Montreal Expos today announced that 1B Wil Cordero and 3B Todd Zeile have filed for free agency while RHP Tony Armas, Jr., RHP Orlando Hernandez, RHP Dan Smith and 3B Fernando Tatis have been reinstated from the 60-day disabled list. Vice President and General Manager Omar Minaya made the announcements. With the moves, the Expos now have 38 players on the winter roster.
