BLUE JAYS ANNOUNCE COMPETITIVE TICKET STRATEGY

Single game ticket prices have been established with careful attention to the interest of the consumer, the competitive Toronto market and the special events and promotions hosted by the organization.

This season will feature three price groupings:

Value Games – 26 weekday games, Monday through Friday in April & May and Monday through Thursday in June.

Regular Games – 48 weekend and weekday games, Fridays from June through September, all Saturday & Sunday games, and weekday games in July, August and September.

Premium Games – Seven special events which include Opening Day, Father's Day Sleepover Weekend, Yankees Summer Weekend and Alumni Weekend.

The Dynamic Pricing strategy is unlike many models in professional sports as the prices have in no way been based on the drawing power of certain opponents. For example, the New York Yankees appear in all three price ranges in this years schedule.

Individual game ticket sales will begin on March 1st.
